Product Description: One of the most succulent fish varieties that adapt to any recipe of your choice – baked, steamed or fried! Its earlier name was pamflet, which probably sprang from the Portuguese word pampo. With a flat body and silvery shine, it’s one of the few fishes that does not carry any fishy odour, hence is every fish connoisseur’s favourite. White in the colour of its meat, it’s considered a rich source of nutrition for children.
