Niks frozen dosa batter provides a fermented base for plain or filled dosas, saving the soaking, grinding and fermenting steps.
Choose 1 kg or 6 × 1 kg. Thaw and prepare as the pack directs, then spread the batter on a suitable hot cooking surface.
