Inspired by the ground we stand on, Earth Eye Pencil will help blue eye to pop and will enhance the richness in hazel eyes.

How to use: apply a thin line close to the eyelashes. Use a sponge or cotton-bud to smudge the line for a natural softer look, and to enhance colour. Wear alone or with Living Nature Eyeshadow.
