Cooking ideas

Rinse well, then steam in a covered pan with garlic, white wine or stock and herbs until the shells open (about 5 minutes). Discard any that stay closed.

Toss with spaghetti or add to a coconut curry.

Keep chilled at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze on the day of delivery. Cook seafood thoroughly before eating. Contains molluscs.
