Cooking ideas

Devein, then grill or barbecue with garlic, lemon and herbs for 2–3 minutes per side.

Also great in seafood pasta, curries and stir-fries.

Keep chilled at 0–4°C and cook within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze on the day of delivery. Cook seafood thoroughly before eating. Contains crustaceans.
