If not using canned or frozen durian puree, cut into a husk of durian fruit and remove one segment of the pulpy inner flesh. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Bake 1 hour or until filling is set and edges are lightly browned. some times it takes 5 days for the durian to be riped.
