# Backaldrin Vegipan Yeast-Free Bread Mix, 25 kg

Backaldrin Vegipan is a vegan, yeast-free wholegrain bread mix in a 25 kg bakery pack. Its grain-and-seed recipe includes oats, spelt, rye, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds and sesame.

The mix also contains plant fibres and wheat gluten. It is therefore not a gluten-free or sesame-free bread ingredient, despite being vegan and lactose-free. Use the Vegipan technical recipe for water, mixing and baking, and keep the ingredient declaration available when labelling finished loaves.
